I've recently starting using Cs5 under Ubuntu, and I'm having problems with my rotororgan.orc, which works fine (on Ubuntu too) under Cs4.23.

The problem is that I have several instruments running continuously -- vibrato etc. -- and have been changing parameters by sending commands to stdin ('i' lines), using the '-L stdin' option, while Csound is running. This seems no longer to work under 5; commands only have any effect if the instrument is not already running!

Is there some trick to get this to work in the new version, or do I have to rewrite everything? (OK, I realize I can use gtk sliders and so on under Ubuntu, but using preset command lines is also convenient, and I'd rather get things working with my current scheme first.)
