Yes, I got the message. I downloaded cSound; I downloade Python; I re-downloaded cSound. I still get the message. Can anyone step-by-step me thru how to get cSound operational, without doing something that might catch up to me later (like moving Python from here to there)?

I also got the error. You have to make sure that you are running Python 2.5, and none other. I had 2.6 and still got the complaint, switched to 2.5 and it all worked fine.
