The links above show the full results. Google Docs has a feature to summarize results but as far as I can tell no way to publish the summary page (if anyone knows a way please please let me know. I've copied and pasted the summary pages below. The summaries show number of votes, then percentage of votes (percentages won't add up to 100% for those that allowed multiple choice).

It looks to me that Windows is the most used platform, followed by Linux and OSX roughly equally (most of the "Other" results were some variant of linux). Installers and package managers were undoubtably the most common method of installation. Of the respondents, a vast majority had experience with csound > 2 years, and a majority > 5 years. Interest in/usage of the API also seems fairly high.
